Raymond is a community development expert with a first degree in Integrated Community Development and a Master’s degree in Project Management. With a growing and considerable number of experiences in forest and natural resources governance, environmental sustainability, community rights, as well as national policy, Raymond has gained the skills necessary to successfully oversee initiatives that strike a balance between the requirements of people and the environment. Aside from these growing experiences, Raymond is also an expert in; Capacity building and facilitation, Community and forest relationship enhancement, Community rights advocacy, and Community mobilization, among others.
